striker Thomas Muller.
The two clubs are believed to be locked in
negotiations over a number of players, with
United interested in Muller and Bastian
Schweinsteiger, while Bayern are thought to
be keen on Angel di Maria.
And according to Sport1 , United are ready to
bid £58m in an attempt to convince Bayern
to part with Muller this summer, with the
striker believed to have clashed with
manager Pep Guardiola at a recent training
session.
Louis van Gaal is a known fan of
Muller having managed him during his time
at Bayern, with the German international
going on to be known as one of most
intelligent users of space in modern
football.
