Louis van Gaal has stated his belief that
this summer will be a ‘heavy’ one for United,
and it appears that the German
is set to become his second summer
signing after Memphis Depay.
According to Goal , United have reached an
agreement to sign the 24-year-old, although
a transfer fee appears yet to be settled
upon.
Any official announcement on Gundogan’s
future is likely to be delayed until after the
German Cup Final, which will see Dortmund
take on Wolfsburg in Jurgen Klopp’s last
game as manager.
