Klopp to Liverpool?

The odds on Jurgen Klopp replacing
Brendan Rodgers as Liverpool manager
have been slashed following the Reds’ 6-1
humiliation at Stoke.
Klopp was given a rousing send-off by
Borussia Dortmund fans on Saturday and is
now set to be the subject of a managerial
tug-of-war between some of Europe’s
biggest clubs.
Liverpool have been strongly touted as a
potential destination for the 47-year-old,
and the odds on him taking over at Anfield
have now been cut to as little as 5/4 by
some bookmakers.
Those odds mean Liverpool have overtaken
Real Madrid as the most likely destination
for the German, and reflect the mounting
speculation over Rodgers’ job after his side
capitulated at the Britannia.
The former Swansea boss has previously
stated that he is ‘150%’ sure he will remain
in charge next season.
