Chelsea's Premier League victory parade by
tweeting pictures of himself and his team-mates
on the top deck of the bus that took Jose
Mourinho's side through west London.
Meanwhile, Chelsea striker Diego Costa, 26, posted
a picture of himself holding the Premier League
trophy along with the message: "The best part of
winning a championship is to celebrate it with the
fans. Thank you all."
Forward Radamel Falcao, 29, has sent a thank you
message to Manchester United fans following the
end of his loan spell at Old Trafford, tweeting: "I
want to thank all Man Utd fans for all the
gestures of support you gave me. I'll never forget
it!"
Meanwhile, Falcao's wife Lorelei Taron has posted
a selfie on Instagram of her husband and their two
young children in an airport departure lounge on
Monday, the day after Manchester United
confirmed the player would be leaving.
Following manager Sam Allardyce's announcement
that he is leaving West Ham, 25-year-old
Hammers defender Aaron Cresswell posted: "Been
a disappointing end to the season but just want
to thank everyone for your support all year round,
week in week out. Also to the gaffer who gave me
the opportunity to play for the club and has been
brilliant with me."
Former Middlesbrough defender Gary Parkinson,
who suffered a severe stroke in 2010 and has
since been battling locked-in syndrome, watched
Monday's 2-0 play-off final defeat against Norwich
with Boro shirts hanging on the doors. "Parky's
already got his seat ready for the big match, have
you?" tweeted the Gary Parkinson Trust.
Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini,
27, sent a message to his former Everton team-
mate Sylvain Distin, 37, who is leaving Goodison
Park. "It was the last game of my best friend for
Everton...Good luck for your future bro," he
posted on Twitter.
Carlo Ancelotti, sacked as manager of Real Madrid
on Monday, tweeted: "I'd like to keep in mind two
fantastic years at Real Madrid. Thanks to the club,
the supporters and my players."
After Norwich City won promotion to the Premier
League with a play-off final win over
Middlesbrough, 26-year-old Canaries midfielder
Elliott Bennett posted: "Today I feel like the
luckiest man alive. To be part of this squad on
this special day is something I will never forget!
Amazing."
Meanwhile, Norwich forward Cameron Jerome, who
scored in the 2-0 win over Middlesbrough at
Wembley, tweeted a picture of himself after the
game with former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry.
"Completed my day with a pic with this great
man," wrote the 28-year-old ex-Stoke player.
And finally
A television reporter had celery thrown at him as
he reported on Chelsea's parade through west
London after winning the Premier League.
