The news was announced by the CEO of
struggling Romanian club Viitorul
Constanta.
The Blues fought of interest from the likes of
Arsenal, Ajax and Udinese to complete a
move for the star.
The 17-year-old does not turn 18 until
August and Jose Mourinho is planning to
loan him out to feeder club Vitesse Arnhem.
He has put pen to paper on a five-year deal
and is viewed as one for the future.
