Louis van Gaal is believed to have sent
scouts to Brazil who were impressed with
what they saw from the young midfielder.
Dourado, 20, is being touted as a the
Michael Carrick’s potential successor at Old
Trafford, and United are closing in on a deal,
according to reports.
Van Gaal is keen to strengthen his midfield
options for the future, and Dourado would
be a good addition to the squad ahead of
next season.
