Spurs are unwilling to pay more than €20m for
Monaco forward Martial, despite reports in France
that a deal is done, and are also ready to offer
players plus cash to land Bolasie
Tottenham are hopeful of completing a deal for
Monaco's Anthony Martial and are also interested
in Crystal Palace's Yannick Bolasie , Goal
understands.
Reports in France on Sunday evening suggested
terms were in place between Spurs and Monaco for
Martial, but it is believed that is not yet the case.
The Londoners are reluctant to pay more than
€20m for the 19-year-old forward, who scored
eight goals in the final 12 Ligue 1 matches of the
season and is eager to make the switch to White
Hart Lane.
It has also emerged that the club are ready to
tempt Crystal Palace with players in their bid to
land winger Bolasie, with Emmanuel Adebayor set
to be part of any offer.
The DR Congo wide-man had a fine campaign for
the Eagles last term, leading to a number of clubs
in both the Premier League and Europe taking a
keen interest.
Spurs chief Daniel Levy is a huge fan of the
French-born midfielder and is keen to land him
this summer having first made contact with Palace
back in January.
The 26-year-old is thought to prefer to stay in the
capital despite interest from Merseyside pair
Liverpool and Everton - and Spurs feel they are in
pole position.
And they are hopeful they can tempt Palace by
offering them a pick of some unwanted players,
with Togo striker Adebayor top of the list.
Although on huge wages, Adebayor could be
tempted into a move across London, with Pardew
understood to be more than happy to take a
chance on the former Arsenal and Manchester City
star.
